Chris Sutton says Moussa Dembele is worth £25m

Moussa Dembele joined Celtic in the summer transfer window after leaving Fulham at the end of last season.

Chris Sutton said on The Monday Night Club show on BBC Radio 5live on Monday evening (broadcast from 7pm, November 28, 2016) that Celtic forward Moussa Dembele is worth £25 million at the moment.

Dembele joined Celtic in the summer transfer window after leaving English club Fulham at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.

According to GetWestLondon, the Scottish Premiership giants had to pay the Cottagers £500,000 as compensation.

The 20-year-old forward has been in superb form for the Bhoys so far this season.

The France Under-21 international has been banging in the goals for fun in the Scottish Premiership this campaign.

Dembele has scored three goals in five Champions League matches for Celtic so far this campaign.

Former Celtic striker Sutton believes that Dembele is now worth £20 million or £25m.

Celtic are at the top of the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 34 points from 12 matches.

Brendan Rodgers’s side are eight points clear of second-placed and Old Firm rivals Rangers, and have two matches in hand.

The Hoops will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Motherwell away from home at the Fir Park Stadium in the Scottish Premiership.
