Reece Oxford, Toni Martinez and Djair Parfitt-Williams could do with time away.

West Ham United are not having the best of seasons so far.

In January they will be looking to bring in some new players, but will also be looking to move some on.

Here are three players West Ham should send out on loan in the New Year…

Reece Oxford

The talented central defender has been earmarked as a future star of the future for both club and country.

However, currently he is struggling to find regular first-team football and a stint in the Football League could be massively beneficial to the 17-year-old.

The teenager could learn some valuable lessons in the Championship and needs to toughen up before what should be a superb career.

Antonio Martinez

The Spaniard agreed to join West Ham in April from Valencia but has not yet made his debut for the club.

Being loaned out could be massive for the player, who needs to adapt to English football.

If he is to thrive at West Ham, a loan spell might be perfect for the player who is just recovering from an injury.

Djair Parfitt-Williams

The Bermudan attacker is another bright talent at West Ham.

However, the 20-year-old is not set to break into the Hammers first-team anytime soon and needs to play first-team football somewhere.

Any League One team would be pleased to take him on board.
