The Leeds head coach seems to have no issue with Green after his recent howler.
The veteran stopper dropped the ball into the path of Dwight Gayle in the first-half against the Championship table toppers and cost his side a goal.

It was a poor error from the experienced pro and saw some fans suggesting Italian stopper Marco Silvestri be given a chance between the sticks.
Speaking to TV Yorkshire today, ahead of the clash with Rotherham United this weekend, Monk made it clear that Green’s error was not in his thinking:
Leeds United's Robert Green celebrates their first goal
“Football is football.
“Of course you don’t want to make mistakes. No one goes out there and intentionally makes mistakes but they do happen. Especially in those sorts of areas.
“But Rob is experienced enough and clever enough to deal with those situations. If you look at the whole team every single one of those players has made a mistake throughout the season.
“You can’t judge players on mistakes you judge them on their reaction.”
Garry Monk manager of Leeds United
Green is certainly experienced enough to deal with the error and will no doubt be wanting to put things right against the Millers this weekend.
The stopper has been in decent form recently as well, putting behind him a shaky start to the season at Elland Road.
Hopefully he can prove himself worthy of that number one spot in the weeks to come.
But if a looping ball comes into the area this weekend, expect Green to push it over the bar.
