Manchester United's Paul Pogba
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has not hidden the fact that he does not think much of the Europa League.
He told his press conference on Wednesday that "this is not a competition that Manchester United wants" followed up with the promise they would still take it seriously.
But after the Red Devils' performance in their 1-0 defeat to Feyenoord, it would be fair to question that ambition, as players wasted any opportunity to put their derby woes from the weekend behind them.
And whilst it's difficult to single out any one player that under-performed for the visiting side, Paul Pogba has drawn the attention of many fans on Twitter, especially rivals, after the world's most expensive player failed to make an impression yet again.
Pogba was criticised after the loss to Manchester City too, and this only piled on the pressure, with the midfielder yet to score since rejoining the club.
Here is a sample of the reaction across social media, with many laying into the Frenchman.

Paul Pogba spelled backwards is Abgop Luap, which makes no sense just like the £89M Manchester United spent on him.— Troll Football (@TrollFootball) September 15, 2016
Not about calling Pogba a fraud. But he needs to get serious. That record fee is getting into his head and it's showing on the pitch— Wole Jnr. (@WolePhoenix) September 15, 2016

Pogba just slapped himself on side of face after an error. Think he was trying to wake himself up. Maybe needs a harder slap. #MUFC— Stuart Mathieson (@StuMathiesonMEN) September 15, 2016

Manchester United currently sit at the bottom of their group and will next face Ukrainian side Zorya Luhansk at Old Trafford on September 29.
