Islam Feruz – Chelsea celebrates his goal
Chelsea forward Islam Feruz has agreed a loan move to Belgian side Royal Mouscron, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
The Scotland Under-21 international has yet to make his senior debut for Chelsea, but is highly-regarded within the corridors of power at Stamford Bridge.
Feruz came to prominence at Celtic before making the controversial switch to Chelsea as a 16-year-old in 2011.

The 20-year-old has been a regular in Chelsea’s Under-21 side and was rewarded with a new long-term in January 2014.
Chelsea decided to send Feruz out on during the 2014-15 season, but his two sells at OFI Crete and Blackpool did not work out as planned.
Feruz made just one appearance at OFI Crete before cutting the season-long spell short to join Blackpool, where he made only two appearances before being sent back early to Stamford Bridge.

The talented forward joined Hibernian on loan last season, but made only six appearances off the bench for the Edinburgh club.
With Feruz well down the pecking oder at Stamford Bridge Chelsea feel Feruz would be best served by going out on loan to get valuable first-team experience under his belt.
A number of clubs have expressed an interest in Feruz, but Mouscron have agreed a deal to take the skilful attacker on a season-long loan.
