Swansea City have recently been linked with a move for Tottenham Hotspur winger Nacer Chadli.

The Swans are said to be keen on a move for the Belgian international, who plays in a similar position to Andre Ayew. The Ghanaian headed to West Ham last week and Swansea reportedly saw Chadli as a replacement. The Mirror reported last week that Spurs had put a £20 million price tag on the player.

However, this is apparently news to the Swansea boss.

Reports in Chadli’s Belgian homeland have suggested that Guidolin knows absolutely nothing about the apparent interest.

Voetbal Primeur report him as stating, relaying information from Het Laatste Nieuws:

"Chadli? That I do not even know (about)."

Chadli has seen his future at Spurs called into question in the media recently. The Belgian missed out on selection for the European Championships this summer after falling down the pecking order at White Hart Lane toward the end of the 2015-16 campaign.

This season he faces a battle again for regular football with Spurs’ attacking options strong and Georges-Kevin N’Koudou currently in situ awaiting the confirmation of his transfer from Marseille.

But it would appear that Swansea would not be an option should he decide to depart Spurs.
