Rangers manager Mark Warburton celebrates winning the Scottish Championship
Waghorn is on the sidelines at the moment with a hamstring injury and is set to miss the Scottish Premiership game between Rangers and Motherwell at Ibrox on Saturday afternoon.
Warburton has suggested that the Rangers striker could feature against Kilmarnock away from home at Rugby Park next week.

The Englishman has made it clear that the 26-year-old former Sunderland and Leicester City forward will be available for the game against Celtic at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership on September 10.

Waghorn is the best striker on the books of Rangers at the moment, and his availability for the match against Celtic is great news.
Celtic will head into the match at Celtic Park as favourites, but the presence of the Rangers striker even on the substitutes’ bench against the Hoops would give the Gers a good chance of winning.
Rangers are at the top of the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with four points from two matches.
