Aston Villa supporters have taken to social networking site Twitter to share their opinion following the transfer of midfielder Mile Jedinak from Premier League side Crystal Palace.
Villa owner Dr. Tony Xia had previously taken to the social media site to tell supporters confirmation of a signing was to take place at 5pm, and it came as little surprise to see the player in question was Jedinak.

The Ausutralia international joined Palace in 2011 when the Eagles were then a Championship club, and he played a key role in the side’s ensuing promotion to the top-flight.
Jedinak then went on to feature in 90 Premier League matches over three seasons at Palace, including all 38 in the 2013-14 campaign where the club survived against the odds.
The 32-year-old is a tough midfielder with bags of experience, and it's his leadership which will have attracted Villa as the West Midlands club set their sights on promotion back to the top-flight this season.
Jedinak signs a three-year deal with the Villans, and it is expected he will make his debut for the club this weekend as his new side take on fellow promotion candidates Derby County at the iPro Stadium.
Commenting on Twitter amid confirmation of the deal, Villa supporters appear happy with their new addition and believe his experience and leadership abilities could play a huge factor over the next ten months.
Gone from spineless to having a solid spine in the team. Bravo all round who were able to make Jedinak happen #AVFC— Quoc Nguyen (@QN1981) 17 de agosto de 2016
Elphick, Jedinak and McCormack - all leaders. Whether we go up this year or not these signings are huge statements. Bright future. #avfc— Bayliss! (@jakeybaylisss) 17 de agosto de 2016
