PSG's Jean Kevin Augustin in action against Manchester United's Matteo Darmian
Tottenham have been in the market for new forwards this summer, and whilst they've landed Vincent Janssen in a big-money move from AZ Alkmaar, signing a player who can play out wide or up front appears to be on Mauricio Pochettino's wishlist.

Whilst Sky Sports report that a previously dead deal for Marseille's French winger Georges-Kevin Nkoudou has been resurrected, it appears that Spurs have also enquired about signing potential alternative targets - and one appears to be another French attacker.
Le10 Sport cite claims from this morning's edition of major French newspaper L'Equipe, which state that Paris Saint-Germain forward Jean-Kevin Augustin could seek a move away from the club unless his first-team prospects improve under Unai Emery.
PSG may have lost Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Manchester United, but Emery has snapped up Hatem Ben Arfa and Jese Rodriguez, meaning Augustin is sliding further down the pecking order at the Parc des Princes.
Primarily a winger with pace and trickery, Augustin can also play up front, and is tipped to be one of French football's brightest young talents - but with a lack of first-team football, he's allegedly keen to leave on loan - but some teams are looking to buy him.
It's reported that Tottenham have enquired about a deal to purchase Augustin, whilst Wolfsburg, Sporting, Red Bull Salzburg, Guingamp, Nancy and even Queens Park Rangers - most probably in a loan deal - are also interested in the young forward.
The resurrection of a deal for Nkoudou may mean that Spurs turn away from Augustin, but given that the player appears to be unhappy with his lack of football, it's a situation for Tottenham to keep an eye on, especially given Augustin's huge potential.
