Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony has criticised Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp on social networking site Twitter.

MacAnthony, who is a Liverpool fan, believes that Klopp should have addressed the left-back issue in his team instead of retaining faith in Alberto Moreno.

The Posh chairman made the comments during the Premier League game between Arsenal and Liverpool at the weekend.

Moreno started the match at the Emirates Stadium in North London on Sunday evening and played for the entire 90 minutes.

The 24-year-old Spain international left-back had a very disappointing game, although the Reds registered a thrilling 4-3 victory over the Gunners.

MacAnthony has suggested on Twitter that Liverpool manager Klopp should have signed a left-back by now.

Many Liverpool fans will share MacAnthony’s frustration, but it seems that Klopp is not going to sign a left-back before the end of the summer transfer window.

According to The Mirror, the Liverpool manager will drop Moreno for their upcoming Premier League game against Burnley.

It has been reported that Klopp will name fit-again James Milner at left-back for the match at Turf Moor on Saturday.

The Mirror has also claimed that the former Borussia Dortmund coach will not sign a left-back this summer.
