West Ham United co-chairman David Sullivan has suggested to ClaretandHugh that the club are unlikely to make any more signings this summer.

Sullivan has revealed that the West Ham have competed 90% of their business in the summer transfer window.

“You never know, but we are probably 90 per cent done,” the West Ham co-chairman told ClaretandHugh. “Last minute buys are usually bad buys.”

West Ham have been quite busy in the summer transfer window so far. The London outfit have signed Sofiane Feghouli, Andre Ayew, Ashley Fletcher and Gokhan Tore (loan) among others.

The Hammers appear to have a strong squad, and it does seem that they have finished their business this summer.

Of course, if a player becomes available who can enhance the quality of the current West Ham squad, then the Hammers should make a move.

West Ham will kick off their 2016-17 Premier League campaign with a match against Chelsea away from home at Stamford Bridge in London on Monday evening.

The Hammers will head into the match against their London rivals with confidence, and one should not be surprised if they pick up a point.

Slaven Bilic’s side should be aiming to finish in the top six of the Premier League this season.
