It has been a busy summer of arrivals at West Ham this summer, with no fewer than eight new players arriving so far.

Improving their forward options has been a particular aim as Andrew Ayew and Jonathan Calleri have both been brought in to improve Slaven Bilic’s forward options.

Youngster Ashley Fletcher also joined in a move from Manchester United, and it seems he is not the only young striker they want.

According to Gianluca di Marzio, they are fighting Fiorentina for 17-year-old Croatian starlet Josip Maganjic.

Speaking of arrivals and captain Mark Noble is particularly impressed with the arrival of Ayew from Swansea.

The Hammers paid £20 million for his services, with some questioning why they have paid such a big price for his services.

Not Noble though, who has told the Premier League’s official website he is “over the moon” with their new signing.

Onto departures, and it appears that Pedro Obiang’s short stay in London could come to an end this summer.

The midfielder joined from Sampdoria last summer, but only managed 11 starts in an injury hit campaign.

And according to Gianluca di Marzio, Fiorentina have already made a tentative offer about taking him back to Italy.
