Rodgers has been a big hit since taking charge of Celtic earlier this summer.
Celtic's Tom Rogic
The former Liverpool boss was named as the new Celtic manager earlier this year after Ronny Deila decided to depart at the end of last season.
His arrival was considered a major coup for the Scottish champions, who it was thought had fought off Premier League interest to secure his signature.
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers
Rodgers has made a relatively positive start to life in Scotland, seeing them through to a Champions League qualifier, despite the humiliating loss to Lincoln Red Imps, as well as opening the season with a win over Hearts.
And Rogic, who signed a new deal at the club this week, says all the players are excited about the future under the Northern Irishman.
“I have spoken to the manager a number of times. He’s very approachable,” he told the club’s official website.
“The whole environment is positive. It’s been pleasing and working with him, I, along with the other players in the team, believe he can get the best out of us. It’s exciting.”
Celtic Manager Brendon Rodgers
It now remains to be seen if Rodgers can enjoy success with Celtic in his first season in charge.
He certainly faces a bigger fight than his predecessor had in the Scottish Premiership; with the return of Rangers to the top flight meaning this season’s title race is sure to be a fierce one.
