Tottenham’s pursuit of Georges-Kevin N’Koudou has been a long and protracted affair this summer. It is now being reported that the deal is off, as the clubs failed to come to an agreement over his signature.

But does that mean he is not coming to the Premier League?

After all, Liverpool and West Ham United were also keeping tabs on the player.

The London Evening Standard recently reported that three other Premier League clubs all scouted the 21-year-old last season.

They claim that West Ham, Liverpool and Manchester United all had a look at the talented winger at some point in 2015-16 – with the two former clubs great options for the French under-21 player.

The reports from the fallout of the N’Koudou to Tottenham transfer have suggested that Marseille are prepared to sell the player for.

Le Phoceen reported that Tottenham’s original offer was to buy N’Koudou for a fee in the region of €13 million (£11.1 million) – a fee Marseille were happy with.

Now, with Spurs dropping their price, the deal has collapsed.

West Ham and Liverpool could easily swoop in at that price and take the wide man right from under the nose of Tottenham and punish their dithering.
