The West Ham boss is confident his new signing will bring more quality to his side.

The Hammers have been searching for a new striker all summer, meeting frustration in most of their attempts.
That saw them making a move for Ayew this week as they paid £20 million to Swansea City for his services.

The moves sees the forward reunite with former teammate Dimitri Payet at the Olympic Stadium, with the two having previously played together at Marseille.
And Bilic has admitted he consulted with Payet about his former teammate on several occasions.
“I am sure Andre Ayew will bring more quality,” he told the club’s official Twitter account.
“He can be a gamechanger and we are happy to have signed him. He was very excited about coming to West Ham. He was our target for a long time and I spoke to Dimitri Payet a few times about him.”

It now remains to be seen if Ayew can be the goalscorer that West Ham need next season.
It is arguably the one area that they were lacking in last season, with Diafra Sakho, Enner Valencia and Andy Carroll failing to provide the regular goals they need.
Ayew managed more goals than all three of those players, and he will likely be hoping to strike up a partnership with Payet to manage even more for his new side this season.
