Porto defender Bruno Martins Indi

According to a report from Portuguese website Desporto, Bruno Martins Indi has rejected the chance to move to Dynamo Kiev as he is holding out for a summer switch to Everton.

The Dutch international is currently on the books at FC Porto but with Everton allegedly seeking further defensive reinforcements after the signing of Ashley Williams, he is being tipped to join countryman Ronald Koeman at Goodison Park.

In other news, the Liverpool Echo claims Everton are confident of securing the signing of Sunderland centre-back Lamine Kone by the end of this week.

The Ivorian was one of the standout performers in the second half of last season, hitting the ground running after his January move to the Stadium of Light. But his stay could be a short one if Everton succeed with a reported £18million bid.

And finally, the Mirror claims Yannick Bolasie will earn between £80,000 and £90,000 when he completes his much touted move from Crystal Palace to the Toffees.

The report even claims a deal will be done in time for the winger to face Tottenham Hotspur in Everton’s opening Premier League game of the new campaign but that remains to be seen.
