Thierry Henry celebrates goal vs Liverpool in 2004
Arsenal icon Thierry Henry has been speaking to Sky Sports about the player he thinks could be the most exciting in the Premier League this season, and the 38-year-old has thrown a left field name into the hat.
"I want to see how he is going to do and with the way Liverpool play I think he could have a very good season and be a crowd favourite."
Liverpool's Sadio Mane in action
The Gunners legend is certainly someone who knows what it takes to excite a stadium, having set the Premier League alight during his initial eight season stay with Arsenal.
Henry is the club's leading goalscorer, and was renowned for his explosive pace and attacking flair.
Liverpool would certainly be delighted if their Senegalese international has anywhere near the kind of impact Henry managed when he arrived from Juventus.
But there is plenty of reason for Reds fans to be looking forward to seeing Mane shine in Jurgen Klopp's side after his big money move from Southampton.
