Fulham got their Championship campaign off to a great start last week after defeating Newcastle United 1-0 at Crave Cottage.

Slavisa Jokanovic looks to have assembled a solid squad at Fulham ahead of the campaign and it looks like they might be making another move in the transfer market.

It is reported by BolaVip that Fulham are set to make a move for Watford full-back Juan Carlos Paredes.

The Ecuadorian source claims that the La Tricolor international is not part of Walter Mazzarri’s plans at Vicarage Road this season.

Jokanovic knows Paredes from his time at Watford and is said to be lining up a move to bring the player to Craven Cottage.

Fulham still need to add reinforcements to their team this summer. Dennis Odoi looked dangerous for Fulham at right-back v Newcastle, but the club need strength in depth.

Paredes, who has 63 caps for the Ecuador national team, was a regular as Watford earned promotion to the Premier League in 2014-15 – featuring in 39 of the Hornets 46 games in the Championship.

Fulham are seemingly hoping he can bring that promotion pedigree to the Cottage.
