Andre Ayew in action for Swansea
West Ham finally completed the signing of Andre Ayew from Swansea City yesterday for a club record fee of £20.5 million.
The 26-year-old Ghana international was in London yesterday putting pen-to-paper on a four-year deal, and he uploaded a selection of pictures to his official Twitter account showing him signing the contract and modelling his new Claret and Blue strip:

Slaven Bilic has been desperate to land a striker all summer long, after the club's owners had talked up several moves for so-called marquee players.

While Ayew cannot be classed in the 'marquee' category just yet, he will certainly bring an added level of quality and pace to the West Ham forward line.

The former Marseille man seems to be extremely impressed with his new home, and the stadium will surely serve as a major factor in the Hammers ability to attract further top-class talent to East London during the remainder of the transfer window.
