James Forrest will reportedly hold contract talks with Celtic today.
Celtic's James Forrest
According to The Scottish Sun, Celtic winger James Forrest will re-open negotiations with the club about extending his contract later today.
Forrest, 25, joined Celtic way back in 2003 at the age of just 11, and has made his way up through the ranks at Celtic Park to eventually become a first-team player.

The injury-prone winger has racked up 31 goals and 27 assists for Celtic in 186 appearances, but his future has been in doubt since the turn of the year.
Forrest suffered a poor run of form under former manager Ronny Deila, and refused a new contract to stay with the club, with his current deal expiring in January 2017 – but his situation appears to be changing.

The Scotland international has looked rejuvenated under Deila's replacement Brendan Rodgers, and scored the opening goal in Celtic's 2-1 win over Hearts on Sunday afternoon to again show what he can do when in top form.
Now, The Scottish Sun report that Forrest is in line for a new contract, and the player's agent is flying into Glasgow today to hold fresh talks with the club about extending Forrest's deal at Celtic Park.
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers
New manager Rodgers has spoken highly of Forrest following his recent performances, and it's therefore no surprise that steps are now being taken to keep Forrest in Glasgow, rather than lose him in January.
Forrest has allegedly told Rodgers that he wants to stay at Celtic, making a huge turnaround in his fortunes, given how his future looked bleak under former boss Deila earlier this year.
