Former Celtic striker Chris Sutton has not picked a single Rangers player in his Scottish Premiership Team of the Week, as shown in his post on social networking site Twitter below.
Sutton has defended his decision not to pick any Rangers player by claiming that none of them deserved to be included in the team.
The Glasgow giants played out a 1-1 draw with Hamilton Academical at home in the Scottish Premiership at the weekend.
Ali Crawford put visiting Hamilton in the lead on the half-hour mark at Ibrox on Saturday afternoon, and Martyn Waghorn restored parity for Rangers just past the hour mark.
Sutton has picked two Celtic players in his Scottish Premiership Team of the Week: midfielder Scott Brown and winger Scott Sinclair.
Both Brown and Sinclair featured in Celtic’s Scottish Premiership game against Heart of Midlothian at the weekend.
The Bhoys got the better of Hearts 2-1 away from home at the Tynecastle Stadium in Edinburgh on Sunday afternoon.
James Forrest and former Aston Villa winger Sinclair were the goalscorers for Brendan Rodgers’s side against Hearts.
Untrue I don't think this week a Rangers player deserved to be in and in truth realistic Rangers fans would agree! https://t.co/8MCeA8Ab1J— Chris Sutton (@chris_sutton73) August 8, 2016
