Crystal Palace's Andros Townsend
New Crystal Palace signing Andros Townsend has taken to Twitter to celebrate the Eagles' 3-1 win over Valencia last weekend, declaring his excitement ahead of the return of the Premier League next weekend.
The Eagles have certainly demonstrated their promise in the preseason friendly with the Spanish giants, defeating Los Che 3-1 courtesy of a brace from Connor Wickham and a Mile Jedinak strike.

Townsend started the match, alongside Wilfried Zaha and Yannick Bolasie, and played over an hour before being replaced by Keshi Anderson.
Clearly the 25-year-old is settling in at his new club and seems to be playing a part in this Palace side. The former Spurs man will now be eager to help his side to a similar result when they take on West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League curtain raiser in the coming weekend.
Andros Townsend at Newcastle
The attacking midfielder was in impressive form for Newcastle in the last few months of the previous campaign, almost helping the Magpies keep their place in the Premier League and earning an England position for the European Championships.
Ultimately however, Townsend fell short in both challenges, but he has now joined an exciting attacking group at Selhurst Park that will be eager to build on some hugely promising moments last season and ascend the Premier League table in the coming season.
