Confirmed West Ham line-up v Juventus: Ogbonna faces former club, Payet on the bench

West Ham's Olympic Stadium v Domizale

West Ham United face Juventus in a pre-season friendly this afternoon...

West Ham United starting line-up: Adrian; Antonio, Reid, Ogbonna, Byram; Cullen, Nordtveit; Feghouli, Noble, Valencia; Carroll.

West Ham United substitutes: Spiegel, Collins, Oxford, Burke, Page, Quina, Payet, Samuelsen, Browne, Fletcher.

West Ham United play their final pre-season game of the summer this afternoon, as they host Italian champions Juventus at the London Stadium.

The Hammers beat Domzale 3-0 on Thursday night to progress into the next round of the Europa League, marking the opening of their new stadium with a win.

Slaven Bilic's men take on Chelsea a week on Monday to start their Premier League campaign, but this afternoon it's Serie A giants Juventus posing a test for the Hammers.

The Croatian has been able to include former Juventus defender Angelo Ogbonna in his starting line-up alongside Winston Reid in the heart of defence, easing some of West Ham's problems at the back.

Michail Antonio and Sam Byram continue to play out of position in the two full back spots, whilst Josh Cullen starts with Havard Nordtveit in the heart of midfield.

Sofiane Feghouli, Mark Noble and Enner Valencia will again support Andy Carroll in the final third, but there is a place on the bench for playmaker Dimitri Payet following his performances for France at Euro 2016.

Payet is joined on the bench by youngsters such as Reece Oxford, Reece Burke, Domingos Quina, Martin Samuelsen and Ashley Fletcher this afternoon.
