Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has told the club’s official website he is pleased with the focus, dedication and unity he is seeing in his current squad.
The Gunners have enjoyed a relatively strong pre-season so far as they continue to build up fitness before the start of the Premier League season.
They enjoyed a successful tour of the USA recently, and continued their form with a win over Viking on Friday.

Two goals from Joel Campbell and Alex Iwobi apiece as well as strikes from Santi Cazorla, Theo Walcott and Chuba Akpom saw them to an comprehensive 8-0 win in a display that saw them at their free flowing best.
Wenger was clearly delighted by what he saw, but says the focus, dedication and unity of the group is what is pleasing him most.
“I’m also very delighted with the focus, the dedication and the unity of the group,” he told the club’s official website.
“I look at that a lot and also how good the spirit is because we know that will be vital in the Premier League and we need to be strong mentally.”

It now remains to be seen what kind of season that the Gunners can have, with this Premier League season looking to be one of the most competitive yet.
Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United are all looking to make their mark, while Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and champions Leicester City will also be competitors.
That leaves the fight for the top four a fierce one, and Wenger will be hoping the three aspects he has named stand his side in good stead.
