Further recruits are needed, especially with them facing the prospect of playing five games across August.
And it appears their irritation may be about to come to an end, with Bilic saying he hopes to have five new signings secured before the season starts next week.
“This squad is not enough for five games,” he told the Express.
“We will hopefully have a minimum of five players added to the squad before the start of the Premier League.”

That is certainly an interesting target for the Hammers and it will be intriguing to see who they may target over the next week.
A new left back is likely to be chief among their targets after Aaron Cresswell was ruled out for four month with a knee injury.
Beyond that, a striker is sure to be still on their radar, although Diafra Sakho’s failed move to West Brom may have changed their stance somewhat.
