New Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has already brought defender Kolo Toure and striker Moussa Dembele to the club this summer, but it's been clear for some time now that Sinclair was his top target.
Rodgers and Sinclair are no strangers; they worked together in the youth setup at Chelsea before Rodgers signed Sinclair for Swansea City in 2010 - and with 35 goals in 90 games under the Northern Irishman, it was a fruitful spell for Sinclair.

Since signing for Manchester City in 2012, Sinclair has struggled to settle, and a move to reunite with Rodgers appears to be on the verge of completion after a lengthy transfer chase.
As claimed by the Daily Mail, Celtic have had bids of £1m, £1.25m, £2.2m and £2.75m rejected for Sinclair, but with the winger now in Scotland to complete his medical today, it appears that Rodgers has finally got his man - and secured a huge signing for the club.
