The Blues may end up looking for a replacement for Romelu Lukaku this summer.

The Dutchman took charge at Goodison Park earlier this year after Roberto Martinez was sacked before the end of last season.
It was expected he would be busy in the summer transfer window after reports that Farhad Moshiri had made a big transfer fund available to him.

However that has not proven to be the case, with just two new signings arriving at the club so far.
Instead his focus has been on keeping his star men, with Romelu Lukaku and John Stones linked to Chelsea and Manchester City respectively.

And Ferdinand believes recruitment will be the biggest thing for him, naming the two strikers they should target if Romelu Lukaku were to leave.
“I think the biggest thing for him [Koeman] is recruitment,” he told BT Sport.
“It’s all about the quality that they get in. Lacazette from Lyon, people are talking about Berahino, he’s another one [they could target].”
It remains to be seen if Everton do make any other further signings before the end of the transfer window.
There is no denying that they need a couple more players, with the current squad looking thin on the ground ahead of the new season.
Whether they can sign the players they want is questionable though, with this transfer window having proved to be a competitive and expensive one so far.
