Nottingham Forest star Ben Osborn is set to sign a new deal at the club, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Forest have been in talks with Osborn over a new contract as they look to secure the young midfielder's long-term future and those talks are understood to have progressed well.
Osborn has come through Forest's youth academy to establish himself as a key member of the Forest first-team.
The midfield dynamo made his debut in the back end of the 2013/14 season before coming a regular under Stuart Pearce the following campaign.
Osborn went on to make 40 appearances in all competitions for Forest in the 2014/15 season and he made 38 appearances last season for the Reds.

Osborn won the Football League's Young Player of the Month Award for January last season and the midfielder is regarded as one of the best young talents outside the Premier League.
A number of clubs are thought to be keeping tabs on Osborn and Forest have moved to fend off any potential interest by offering the midfielder a new long-term deal at the City Ground.
