Pritchard was made available for transfer by Tottenham after being told by head coach Mauricio Pochettino he was not in his first team plans.

Speaking to Norwich's official website, Pritchard explained why he simply had to move on, feeling like he has everything to prove.
He said: "I'm ready to come here, fight for my place and hopefully play well.
"I feel I need to go out and prove myself again in football. I'm 23 now so it's about time I had my own path really.
"I've had a full pre-season and with our first game at the weekend I'm looking forward to hopefully bedding myself in quickly."

Pritchard excelled at Brentford in the Championship on loan two seasons ago, scoring 12 goals, but his 2015/16 season was wrecked by injury and a loan spell at West Bromwich Albion where he was not given a chance.
Whether pushed out by Pochettino or not, Pritchard clearly realised that it was time to stop hanging onto his goal of making it at Tottenham, and seek out a fresh start away from the club where he rose through the academy.
He has all the motivation to go and prove Spurs wrong but evidently he cannot afford to get to 25, having spent two further seasons in the club's academy hoping for a chance.
