The Italian international has struggled since his move to Anfield.
It has been reported this week that Liverpool’s misfit striker Mario Balotelli is a target for Dutch giants Ajax this summer.
The Italian international has struggled to settle at Anfield and it seems that he can leave the club this summer as he is not a part of Jurgen Klopp’s plans for the 2016-17 season.

Of course a move to Holland would mean a significant wage increase for the player – one he is apparently willing to consider – according to the Daily Mail.
They claim that Balotelli is willing to consider dropping his £90,000-a-week wages at Liverpool in order to facilitate a move to the historic Amsterdam club – who do not pay wages over £40,000-per-week as a standard club policy.
So for Balotelli to make the move from Liverpool to Ajax he would need to sacrifice an incredible £50,000-a-week in order to do so.
Ajax do not make many marquee signings anymore but this would be a huge coup for the Dutch club – who have struggled to have an impact on European football in recent times.

Balotelli meanwhile would get to play for yet another massive club and hopefully get his career back on track after his Liverpool struggles.
