According to the Corriere dello Sport, AC Milan have told Carlos Bacca to make a decision about his future by Sunday.

The striker has been heavily linked with an exit all summer as the Italians look to cash in on their man.

West Ham United have been chasing him for several months, with Slaven Bilic’s side keen to add a prolific striker to their squad.

The two clubs have been in negotiations for some time, with a £25 million price having been agreed.

Bacca has been holding out on the move though as he would prefer to join a club that can offer Champions League football.

However, according to Corriere dello Sport, AC Milan have now told him to make a decision about his future by Sunday.

There is every chance that he is waiting to see how West Ham fare in the Europa League, with the second leg of their third round qualifying tie taking place on Thursday.

Should they successfully secure a place in the group stages, there is every chance he will decide to make the Olympic Stadium his next destination.
