“Aston Villa are interested in St Mirren's highly-rated 17-year-old winger Kyle McAllister,” states the report in The Daily Mail.
“The Scotland youth international is being watched by a number of clubs, including Everton and Leicester, and played in their recent Scottish League Cup defeat by Hamilton.”

McAllister may not be ready to play in the first team of Everton or Villa, but he is certainly a player who can do so in the future.
The skilful winger is a Scotland Under-17 international and broke into the St. Mirren side last season.
The teenager made four appearances for the Scottish Championship club during the 2015-16 campaign.
Everton endured a disappointing campaign in the Premier League in 2015-16 and failed to finish in the top 10. Under new manager Ronald Koeman, the Toffees will be aiming to do just that this coming season.
