Barry Ferguson at Rangers
Former Rangers midfielder Barry Ferguson has revealed in The Daily Record that he is a fan of Celtic defender Kieran Tierney.
Tierney is 19 years of age and plays as a left-back, and he is rated as one of the best young players in Scotland.
The Scotland international enjoyed a successful and productive season in 2015-16, and he will be looking forward to the 2016-17 Scottish Premiership campaign.
Former Rangers and Scotland international midfielder Ferguson has spoken highly of Tierney.
The former Blackburn Rovers star has predicted the Celtic teenager to earn more than 50 caps for the Scotland national team.

“I’ve got to be honest with you here, I love young Tierney,” Ferguson wrote in The Daily Record.
“He’s a tenacious, highly talented wee guy and I’d go as far as to say he’ll end up winning more than 50 Scotland caps.”

Tierney is arguably the best young defender in the Scottish Premiership at the moment.
The left-back has a lot of talent and potential, and working with new Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers is only going to help him grow and develop as a footballer.
Celtic will kick off their 2016-17 Scottish Premiership campaign with an away game against Heart of Midlothian on Sunday. The Glasgow giants will head into the match at the Tynecastle Stadium as favourites.
