SDNA are reporting that Kasami has been told he is not in the plans of his current coach Victor Sanchez and that he has therefore falling into Forest’s crosshairs.

Kasami will be known to many Forest fans because of his antics with Fulham.

The 24-year-old, who has 10 caps for the Swiss national team, spent three years at Fulham after joining from Palermo in 2011.

He will no doubt be best remembered for scoring a breath-taking goal for the Cottagers in October 2014 against Crystal Palace. His superb volley was nominated for the FIFA Puskas Award that season.

Forest are looking to strengthen their squad further ahead of manager Philippe Montanier’s first season in the Championship and it seems Kasami is emerging as a top target.
