Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the appointment of Walter Zenga as the manager.

Zenga has been appointed as the new manager of the Championship club following the departure of Kenny Jackett.

Jackett was dismissed from his managerial role at Wolves on Friday night, having been given the job back in May 2013.

Under the former Swansea City and Millwall boss, Wolves returned to the Championship from League One and did relatively well in the second tier of English football thereafter.

The 56-year-old is a former Italy international goalkeeper who spent most of his professional club football career at Inter Milan.
