Tottenham are preparing for another glamour match in Melbourne on Friday.
Erik Lamela celebrates with Victor Wanyama after scoring for Tottenham
Players such as new signing Vincent Janssen and Michel Vorm, as well as manager Mauricio Pochettino were all pictured out on the pitch putting the hard work in ahead of the club's second International Champions Cup fixture.
The club's friendly match against Juventus at the MCG on Monday was their first public preseason game, having taken part in a series of closed-doors friendlies against Championship opposition at Hotspur Way.
Though the result against the Serie A champs wasn't ideal, with a difficult start to the game seeing a nervous looking Spurs fall 2-0 behind, the 90 minutes offered up plenty of positives, with a number of youngsters impressing. Erik Lamela looked to be continuing to improve too, as he starred after arriving at half time, scoring what turned out to be a consolation goal, while new signing Victor Wanyama also did well in the middle of the park against what was a strong midfield.
It will be interesting to see what lineup Mauricio Pochettino will go with in the second of the club's friendlies Down Under, as Tottenham take on Champions League finalists Atletico on Friday.
It sees him come up against his former Argentina teammate Diego Simeone, with the pair two of the most promising young managers in the game.
There is likely to be more opportunities for players on the fringe of the Spurs first team, and more minutes for summer arrivals Wanyama and Janssen.
