Klopp said: "If I had to guess I would say rather no, but I don't know actually because it's a long time until the 31st of August and I have no idea. [The] 31st of August we have a few friendlies of course and few test games and then we have, one, two, maybe three -- I'm not sure -- Premier League games."
The 19-year-old that, according to the report, can play at either left or right-back and is also attracting interest from Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen.
Liverpool striker Christian Benteke has been linked with a move away from the club for much of the transfer window though so far, with Crystal Palace said to be one of the clubs interested in him, having tabled a bid for him earlier this month, according to the Liverpool Echo.

He said: "I think he's a top lad. Everyone gets him a bit wrong but he's a top guy. And obviously Benteke has Congolese origin, same as me.
"It's good to see fresh faces come through the door, especially with what we're seeing in the Premier League so far; the managers that have come in and players coming in from all over the world.

Sakho is currently sidelined because of an Achilles injury and the rumour mill started gathering pace when the Frenchman was sent home from the tour, but Klopp seemed to play things down a little.
He said: "He nearly missed the departure of the plane, he missed a session and was late for a meal. We have some rules and we have to respect them. If somebody doesn't respect it or somebody gives me the feeling he is not respecting it then I have to react that's all.
"It is private how he reacted. But we had no argument, it wasn't 'aghh, you, no...'. I spoke. You cannot argue when only one person is speaking. That's all."
