The Gunners have only made one major signing so far this summer.
The Gunners were expected to be busy this summer after their disappointment about finishing second last season.
That has not proven to be the case though, with midfielder Granit Xhaka the only major arrival at the club so far.

That has angered the club’s fans, who have had to watch as their main rivals have spent vast money on big name signings.
They are likely still working on potential signings, but Gazidis has warned that they will not be swayed by public pressure.
“We don’t sign players in response to public pressure,” the London Evening Standard reports him saying.
“We sign players because we believe they will progress us as a club. We’re really disciplined about that. We have to be. We don’t have the financial resources of some of the other clubs.”

It now remains to be seen if Arsenal can make any further signings in the remainder of this transfer window.
It is well know that they are in the hunt for a striker, but have so far been left frustrated in their attempts to sign one.
With this transfer window one of inflated prices and the Gunners averse to spending money unless necessary, Arsenal fans may be left frustrated at the club once again.
