The left-back has made his move to Hillsborough from Watford permanent.
The left-sided star spent a successful year on loan at the Owls last season and played a big role in the club's progression to the Championship play-off final.
The 30-year-old Czech Republic international was a fixture in Carlos Carvalhal's enterprising side, and scored twice in 42 appearances in all competitions.
He has now converted his loan switch into a permanent move, and took to Twitter to voice his pleasure at being able to extend his stay at Hillsborough.
Pudil moves to the club with his Watford teammate Almen Abdi, and as well as looking forward he also took the time to thank the Hornets for his three years at the club, wishing them all the best in the future.
Posting a picture of himself and Abdi holding up a Wednesday shirt, he wrote: "Thanks to everyone, I'm really happy. Thanks to Watford for a nice 3 years, good luck..."
Pudil will surely be favourite to hold onto his place as Carvalhal's first-choice left-back as Wednesday gear up for another promotion push this term.
Wednesday supporters certainly seem pretty pleased to have him signed on a permanent deal as they reacted to the news of the double signing on Thursday night.
He and Abdi join fellow new signing Steven Fletcher in moving to the Yorkshire club this summer.
