Carlos Bacca is currently 'very disappointed' with his club AC Milan, report Italian website Tuttomercatoweb.

Bacca, 29, has been subject of transfer interest from West Ham, with co-owner David Gold confirming their interest, quoted by the Evening Standard.

The Colombian netted 18 goals in his debut season for Milan after signing a year ago, but his exit now appears 'certain'.

Bacca is reportedly unhappy at the way Milan have courted interest in him, and now sees no future at the San Siro.

Yet this does not necessarily mean good news for West Ham.

The report goes on to state Bacca's preference is to sign for Napoli, as he is set on playing Champions League football next season.

His former club Sevilla remain interested while he is also on Atletico Madrid's radar, three clubs who will all compete in Europe's elite competition next season.

West Ham remain an option though, and it is reported his preferred club Napoli have Inter Milan's Mauro Icardi in their sights as a priority.

If relations between Bacca and Milan continue to be strained, and his other options fall through, West Ham could remain an option which he could be willing to consider.
