Rangers take on Stranraer at Ibrox this evening...

Rangers starting line-up: Foderingham; Tavernier, Kiernan, Wilson, Wallace; Barton, Halliday, Kranjcar; McKay, Waghorn, Forrester.

Rangers continue their Scottish League Cup campaign this evening as they take on Stranraer at Ibrox, fresh from three wins in a row.

The Gers have made a strong start to the competition, beating Motherwell 2-0, Annan 2-0, and East Stirlingshire 3-0 so far, meaning they have still yet to concede a goal in the League Cup this season.

Tonight, Mark Warburton's men host Stranraer at Ibrox, and will be looking to make it four wins from four - and hopefully another clean sheet.

Warburton has kept a familiar back line consisting of goalkeeper Wes Foderingham, James Tavernier, Rob Kiernan, Danny Wilson and Lee Wallace, whilst Joey Barton starts in front of the back four following his move from Burnley earlier this summer.

Barton is joined in midfield by Andy Halliday and Niko Kranjcar, whilst Barrie McKay and Harry Forrester will support Martyn Waghorn in attack.

Five new signings are on the bench tonight, with Matt Gilks, Lee Hodson and Clint Hill all available, as are Jordan Rossiter, who is in line to make his debut, and forward Joe Dodoo, who marked his first appearance for the club with a goal against East Stirlingshire on Friday.
