Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are set to face Stranraer tomorrow.
Glasgow Rangers boss Mark Warburton has told the Daily Record that Joey Barton and Niko Kranjcar will both start in his side’s next match on Monday evening.
Rangers are set to take on Stranraer at Ibrox tomorrow, as they look to continue their unbeaten start to the season.
Warburton has been tinkering with his line-up throughout Rangers’ initial matches in the Scottish League Cup.
And more changes can be expected tomorrow, with Barton, Kranjcar, James Tavernier, Wes Foderingham and Martyn Waghorn all set to start.
“There will be more changes on Monday. Niko Kranjcar and Joey will start, while Wes, Tav and Waggy will be back,” he said.
“It’s a nice problem to have, we can fill our bench now which wasn’t always the case last season.”
Warburton could also hand a debut to new Rangers signing Jordan Rossiter, who has returned from international duty.
"Jordan will join over the weekend after England U-19 duty so he’ll be available on Monday," he added.
Rangers go into the match against Stranraer on the back of a 3-0 victory over East Stirling.
The Ibrox side have picked up where they left off from last season, and won their first three competitive matches this time around.
Rangers are still trying to ensure that their players are in peak physical condition for the start of the league season.
