Leicester City's Riyad Mahrez
Eurosport are claiming that Leicester City star Riyad Mahrez is set to leave the club, with a move to Arsenal imminent.
The 25-year-old Algerian was instrumental in the Foxes' Premier League title winning campaign last term, and the news outlet believe that he is set to join N'Golo Kante in leaving the King Power Stadium for pastures new.
Eurosport go on to claim that Mahrez met Gunners boss Arsene Wenger yesterday in Lens, and it is believed a fee in the region of £42 million has been agreed.

If the move comes to fruition, Arsenal would be gaining an absolutely magnificent player, and one who has the potential to elevate them to title winners. The Gunners have been criticised for being too one-dimensional down the flanks in the past, with no end product. The likes of Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlian seem to have regressed, and Wenger's men have lacked a certain potency in their attacking play.

These are turbulent times for fans of Leicester City, as the loss of midfield kingpin N'Golo Kante now looks like it will be followed with another of their stars leaving the club. The positive aspect is that they could potentially recoup close to £75 million on two players the club bought for a combined £6 million, quite an incredible amount of profit in such a short period of time.
This will help secure the long-term stability of the club, and if the money is re-invested wisely, there is no reason as to why they cannot continue to challenge at the top of the Premier League for years to come.
