The 22-year old was instrumental in the Gers' league cup victory last night.
Rangers continued their perfect start in the Betfred League Cup last night with a comfortable 3-0 victory over East Stirlingshire.
Mark Waburton’s men were in cruise control from start to finish and took the lead from the spot after 10 minutes, with Andy Halliday converting from 12 yards.
Hull City's Curtis Davies (L) in action with Josh Windass
Summer signing Josh Windass grabbed his first goal for the club in somewhat fortunate fashion, reacting instinctively as a Barrie McKay cross fell at his feet to finish easily beyond Darren Dolan.
The former Accrington Stanley man took to Twitter after the game to share this message:

Rangers fans will hope it’s the first of many goals from the talented midfielder and they will have been excited by his all-action first-half display.
The good news continued late on as debutant Joe Dodoo found the net with a tap-in from a Lee Wallace delivery in stoppage time.
Warburton will be encouraged by his side’s display and with new signings getting off the mark and the likes of Nico Kranjcar and Clint Hill getting more minutes under the belt, things are ticking along very nicely for the Ibrox club.
