The 19-year-old joined City from Russian side FC Ufa earlier this summer as Pep Guardiola keeps an eye on the future.
He featured for Ukraine at Euro 2016 and is highly rated as a star of the future in his home country.

He had been at Shakhtar Donetsk until he departed the club on a free transfer 12 months ago and his agent claims it was during his time at that club when Arsene Wenger spotted his player.
However, the deal hit a snag and a potential move to the Emirates was eventually abandoned.
"Two years ago, Arsene Wenger phoned me," the London Evening Standard reports Zinchenko's as saying.
“Zinchenko was 17 then and Shakhtar played Arsenal in the UEFA Youth League. Arsene watched the match and immediately called me, saying: 'I need Zinchenko'.”
"[Arsenal] made an offer but there were some problems and then Zinchenko was discovered by a lot of people."

It now remains to be seen whether Arsenal will be left ruing their failure to sign Zinchenko should he go on to star at Manchester City.
He faces a struggle to break into the first team at the Etihad any time soon given the plethora of world-class talent they have at their disposal.
Guardiola clearly has plans for him though and should he go on to impress, he will be added to the long list of stars that Wenger has missed out on during his career.
