Nacer Chadli celebrates scoring for Tottenham
The Swans have snapped up Dutch duo Mike van der Hoorn and Leroy Fer this summer, as well as goalkeeper Mark Birighitti - but now, Francesco Guidolin is looking to add a new winger to his ranks too.
Now, The Mirror report that Swansea are keen to sign Tottenham ace Nacer Chadli, and are plotting a £15m bid for the Belgian - an offer which would break the club's transfer record.
Chadli, 26, joined Spurs from Dutch side Twente back in 2013, with Tottenham investing in him with the money earned from selling Gareth Bale to Real Madrid.
With 25 goals in 119 games for Spurs, Chadli has been a solid contributor, and despite having a limited role under Mauricio Pochettino last season, he still hit seven goals in all competitions.
Chadli made just ten Premier League starts last season, and with first-team football needed to get back into the Belgium squad having missed out on Euro 2016, Chadli may well leave White Hart Lane this summer - especially with winger Georges-Kevin Nkoudou set to join Spurs from Marseille.
Spurs are believed to be keen to sell on some players to recoup a portion of the money spent on Victor Wanyama and Vincent Janssen, with Chadli now attracting interest from Premier League rivals Swansea.
The Swans do have some quality out wide with Andre Ayew, Wayne Routledge and Jefferson Montero, but Chadli would provide Guidolin with another option on the flanks.
Chadli could follow his former team-mate Gylfi Sigurdsson's lead by thriving with first-team football away from White Hart Lane - but with Spurs setting the asking price at £15m, more than twice what they paid for Chadli three years ago, Swansea must break the transfer record they set with a move for Wilfried Bony in 2013.
