Rotherham boss Alan Stubbs is keen to bolster his squad before the start of the new Championship season next month and he is planning to use the loan market to bring in a few new faces.
Stubbs has only brought in one new player since his arrival from Hibernian this summer and he knows he needs to add quality to his squad as he looks to avoid a relegation battle next season.
The Millers boss has identified Leicester centre-back Moore and Brighton midfielder Forster-Caskey as two key additions to his plans.
Moore, who played a big role in Leicester`s 2013/14 promotion to the Premier League, found himself down the pecking order last season due to the form of the likes of Wes Morgan and Robert Huth.
The former England under-21 international spent the first half of last season on loan at Bristol City and he could go out on loan again if he does not figure in Claudio Ranieri's plans.
Talented midfielder Forster-Caskey enjoyed two spells out on loan at MK Dons last season after finding his first-team chances limited at Brighton and Rotherham hope to persuade Brighton to loan out the England under-21 international next season.
