Everton fans do not appear disappointed that Oumar Niasse is set to leave the club.
The Daily Mirror have suggested that Everton will loan out Niasse this summer, just six months after he joined.
Niasse has failed to make any sort of impact at Goodison Park, and he will surely go down as one of the worst signings in the Merseyside club’s history.
Niasse set Everton back over £13 million to sign from Lokomotiv Moscow, but he has failed to show the quality required to break into the Toffees’ team.
And Everton fans do not seem disappointed that Ronald Koeman has already given up on the forward - with most their supporters suggesting that allowing him to leave was the only option that the Dutch manager had.
Oumar Niasse has the talent of a brick.— Hayden (@HJEFC92) July 17, 2016
Watched Naisy player yesterday v Posh best player on the pitch and we let him go to make way for that 13 million donkey Niasse #wasteofcash— vince barrow (@vincebarrow) July 17, 2016
I'm happy that Niasse can leave, we're best trying to get a bit of money for him now before his value goes down even more— Nathan Sartain (@nathan_sartain) July 17, 2016
Be such an Everton thing for Niasse to leave, and end up being the new Gerd Muller, elsewhere. Very unlikely, granted.— Dave Wiggins (@DWiggo) July 17, 2016
Surely Niasse has to go down as our worst signing ever!— Anthony Walls (@wallseyefc) July 17, 2016
We'd get a bigger cheer for offloading Niasse than actually signing a player. #EFC— Aiden Barrett (@Aiden_A7X) July 17, 2016
Niasse is obviously not good enough but I hope he gets a decent move. Martinez stitched him up. I doubt he's been happy at all at Everton.— Chris Smith (@cdsmith789) July 17, 2016
The 'give him time' shouts about Niasse are dreadful. Just accept that we've had a shocker. Get rid. Move on.— Sean Furlong (@furlong_93) July 17, 2016
Where Niasse will end up remains to be seen, but it seems that he has no future at Everton.
The Toffees are looking to push on this term, as they chase a European place.
Koeman has been quiet in the transfer window so far, but it is thought that he has masses of funds to spend to improve Everton’s squad this summer.
