John Hartson suggested on The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast on talkSPORT on Friday morning (broadcast from 6am, July 15) that Arsenal should make a move for Paul Pogba in the summer transfer window.
The former Manchester United midfielder has established himself as one of the best players in the world and has been linked with a move away from Juventus this summer.
According to Sky Sports, United are in talks to sign Pogba from Juventus in the summer transfer window.
Former Arsenal striker Hartson has suggested that Arsenal should make a move for the 23-year-old midfielder in the summer transfer window.
“Why aren’t Arsenal in for Pogba?” said Hartson on The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast on talkSPORT on Friday morning (broadcast from 6am, July 15) while discussing speculation linking Pogba with a move to United.
“One of the most sought-after players in world football. Why aren’t they in for (Antoine) Griezmann?”
Pogba scored eight goals and created 54 chances in 35 Serie A appearances for Juventus last season.
The France international midfielder had a pass accuracy of 83% and a shot accuracy of 37%, and won 63 headers, 102 dribbles and 55 tackles.
