New Leeds boss Garry Monk is looking to bolster his midfield options after seeing Lewis Cook leave Elland Road for Bournemouth earlier this summer.

Monk is drawing up a shortlist of targets to replace Cook and Camps is understood to figure highly on his wanted list.

Camps is regarded as one of the best young talents in the Football League after impressing at Rochdale during the last 18 months.

The all-action midfielder made his full debut for Rochdale in a memorable FA Cup win over Nottingham Forest in January 2015 and he has gone on to cement his place in the Rochdale side.

Camps, who has represented Northern Ireland at all youth levels up to Under-21s, made 36 appearances in all competitions for Rochdale last season, chipping in with five goals from midfield.
